2ct centreal octagon cut Diamond. Two bridges of pink brilliant cut Sapphires. Blue Diamonds down the sides of the band with a small Diamond at the base. Blue Sapphire Cabochon bolting the chunky 18ct yellow Gold ring and a fine white enamel line flowing over the ring.
